Ok ok, I know this concert report is too long & wayyyyyyy overdue now and you guys probably already read more interesting reports somewhere else … but I still want to write it before i forgot (so my future self can read & see what a crazy person I am … I’m scared just by thinking about it ><)
So picking up from my last post:
After a long queue & late lunch, I came back to the stadium. At the entrance of the stadium, I noticed there are:
1. Girls holding paper/board asking for tickets. When I saw this, I’m just thinking how lucky I am that I already got the ticket. **counting my blessings** … but hang on, where are the creepy guys / scalpers who is supposed to be wandering around the station / stadium? Once I get off from the train station, it’s really jam-packed with girls, I didn’t see any guys there (…maybe I’m too short?) … it’s just too crowded there, I can’t take a pic without a zillion nbr of girls in the background. Can't even spread my arms doing the titanic pose without hitting some girls ORZ
2. Illegal hawkers selling arashi stuffs. Wide range of choice too .. from sho’s solo towel, mouse pad, uchiwa, key chain, pics, etc … but obviously fake stuff ^^ Maybe even made in china, jk ^^ … I didn’t get the chance to see it, because the police was raiding them. After concerts there are more hawkers around, even selling fancam, old uchiwas & sign boards.
3. The long queue of torture was still there!! OMG!! it's bloody insane. hmmmm ... maybe next time i should bring a suitcase, buy A LOT A LOT of concert goods, sunblock, umbrella, food & drinks, then sell it to the girls in the last queue... with some profit margin of course hohoho $$$$ .. please consider it as a charity towards my arashi obsession ^^
Next, I went to the designated check-point gate. They will loosely check your bag for camera. But, they didn’t checked the ticket details, stuff in your coat / clothing & mobile phone, so if you got FC ticket with name printed on it, I assume you’ll be fine. I also saw a lot of discarded bottle, I think the bottle is not allowed, instead they will give you paper cup to store your drink. Once inside, I asked the staff there to show me where my seat is, even if you don’t speak Japanese, they will usher you there, ii ne~~ … Once you know your seat, then you can wander around: go to the toilet (warning: a really long queue here too, so be prepared), they also sell concert good stuff inside (goods like jun uchiwa & penlight are in high demand, so if you’re late they might be sold out. But when I peeped at the counter, they still have all!! Bloody hell!! WTH did I queue outside before if they still have it all inside #@$%#.
29th – 1st concert. infront & on my back were women in early 30s (1 even bring his son along carrying jun's uchiwa ^^, but i wonder how the son can see the concert when he's that short?) Next to me was korean girls & a young classy japanese girl. I didn't hear she scream / yell at all. I feel so lonely here T_T. But i can see her singing quietly to the songs. Next to her, i felt so barbaric bcos i keep singing off tune, dancing & screaming like a crazy girl from a village area ><.
30th - 2nd concert. I was seated next to ayaka-chan. She's 16 & aiba-chan fans. Looking like an expert, she carried 2 hand-made uchiwas, penlight & binocular. i was @_@ ... (i didn't bring any uchiwa today, bcos my seat is too far for the boys to be able to spot it anyway)... feel a bit ashame now ><. It was fun seated next to her, bcos she's singing & dancing along & accompanied me yelling 'arashi arashi' all the time demanding for encore (unlike the 1st day, when the girls are just quietly sitting, while i'm screaming alone T_T) ... arigato ayaka-chan m(_ _)m
It didn’t go that well on the beginning:
1. My 1st seat is facing the main stage, but 2nd level & 2nd row from last. It's far I couldn’t see their face clearly. My 2nd seat is similar, only at the 3rd level, slightly to the right .. sometime i can only see their head T_T. I bought a good binocular 2 years ago, but never used it. It's still in a good shape & i've played around with it for 5 mins before the concert start. but bcos I'm not used to it yet, i'm having problem focusing the lenses T_T, especially when the boys keep moving around & i constantly need to readjust the focus, i even got dizzy looking through it. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME WHEN I REGRET NOT BEING A PERVERT / PEEPING TOM T_T... FROM THIS DAY ONWARDS, I SWEAR I WILL PEEP AT MY NEIGHBOR EVERY NIGHT!! ... as a practice for my next arashi concerts of course ^_~
2. And the thing that irritates me the most is, at both concerts, they put a freaking NET JUST INFRONT OF MY SEAT SECTION, ppl sitting on the side didn’t have it. I kept thinking that they will take off the net when the concert is about to start, but no!! it just stay there the whole concert!! Bloody hell, WTH did they have it there? It really obstructed my view & eliminate my chance in getting the signed boards / balls. I can understand if I’m watching a baseball game & so it will protect me from stray balls, but why here!!!! I WANT ARASHI’S BALLS!!!! GIVE ME THEIR BALLSSSSS!!! … somehow this sounds so dirty ... Someone (jun/nino) threw his board from the side aiming towards us, i was so excited, but then it come back towards the boys like a boomerang, so it only reach the side people ><. Only Ohno who manage to throw his ball passed the high net & reach the girl in the very front row, while the rest of the boys ignore us T_T can't expect much, jun & sho are too weak for this ... stupid net!! You have destroyed fangirls' hope!! Message to nino: 'I heard your mom got lots of signed boards at the concert T__T, want to trade them with any new DS game?'
The arena is hugeeee!! 55000 audience and i didn't see any empty chair!! They have one moving stage in the middle, 2 ‘sliding milk crate’ on the side (I don’t know the proper term ><, if you watched the AAA jun solo, it’s the black small thing that jun used to reach to the main stage? I noticed 2 staff have to manually push this crate so it can move slowly XD), 2 ‘moving stairs’, and 3 balloon air. Also 1 big screen, 2 small screen on the side, and 1 screen on the back of my seat section. I can feel the amount of effort they put to get as close as possible to the fans in every section. They run continuously from 1 side to the other. Using moving stairs to reach the 2nd level fans & ballons to reach the 3rd level fans. But the award goes to the Moving Stage, it's a GENIUS INVENTION! thank you Jun, i <3 u ... The stage design are spectacular. The main stage has lots of stairs & when the light goes off, it lighted to form a giant 'A' character, subarahi ^^
In the darkness, I looked around & gasped at the massive amount of penlights. It just so pretty, it gave me a warm fuzzy feeling. I feel like I'm in a planetarium watching stars, well technically i am watching 'stars' -_-" ... then the curtain goes down & the fireworks started, fans standing & screaming KYAAAAAAAAA, you're my soul soul started ... unbelievable *O*. The whole concert is like a giant karaoke session. The boys singing & we are the background singer + dancer, it's so fun. I really love this concert bcos it's like a replica of Iza Now. I've watched iza now zillion times already, so i can sing along & do the hand movement. The perf that left big impression on me:
1. A.RA.SHI - opening song, so every one is so high. Although i hate jun's & sho's feather boa, so gay ><, ohno too was wearing something brown with fur, yabai! *shake head*
2. Kitto Daijobu - During nino's part (the sona koto de...), he didn't sing it, instead he sort of said it quickly in a really low voice. **insert screaming fangirls here** it's kinda sexy actually, so different from the whiny voice nino ^^. And you know the part after the 'mo ichido uta o'? the girls sang along the 'oohhh ohhhh' ... it's so funnnnnn ^^
3. Nino solo - Himitsu. ASDFJKL ... I SWEAR I'LL NEVER SEE NINO THE SAME WAY AGAIN. Nino is just too cute to be true during this perf. His expression & movement is so cute!!! *dies* He looks like a school boy, singing & swaying his little tiny body & arm around. Ocassionaly, he threw v signs when he turned around & when he's sliding on the moving stage... KAWAAIIIII~~, before i knew it, i was waving madly & spontaneously scream NINOOOOO NINOOOOO!!! eventhough he couldn't hear me cos i'm too far T_T. Nino please don't grow up, just stay 10 yrs old forever.
5. Aiba solo - While the boys mc, aiba would dissappear towards the end to prepare for his solo, then come back to sing. If i'm not mistaken, aiba came back earlier than he's supposed to, before the guys finished mc-ing. So the boys kinda asked him to go backstage again LOL. On the 2nd concert, 2 guys came, acting like the staff & bringing chair for aiba's solo. The girls were screaming, i was confused, @_@ tugging ayaka-chan shirt, whispering: 'dare?'... apparently it's Takki & Tsubasa ^^". This is how ignorant i am outside arashi fandom. I often looked at T&T pic, but couldn't recognise them live. If T&T heard this, they probably would sing: 'dame dame dame, giri giri' .. anyway, they sat on the stairs during aiba solo, swaying their head around. Towards the end, the rest of the boys stand on the stairs forming 1 line to accompany aiba ^^.
6. Sho solo - Unti Unti - too far, i couldn't see it properly T_T ... suddenly from below, fire were blasted onto the stage. The part 'sono toki madeee, sono saki madee' is also nice ^^. Ohno solo - again, i can't see properly, too far T_T ... so no comment.. For these 2 solo, just watch the DVD, it's kind of the same anyway ^^
7. La Tormenta - this song is really fun when live!! The song flow smoothly, the lyric is easy to sing along & the rhythm / beat is uplifting. The big screen will flash pics of each respective boys, eg: their characters in pikanchi movie, LOL it reminds me how dorky jun was in pikanchi ^^. The girls would clap their hands together & scream matsujunnn, ninoooo, aibaa-chan, oh-chann, sho-kun!! it's so cool!! Sho: "EVERYBODY, SAYYY ARASHIII~~", girls: "ARASHI!!! ARASHI!!!!" It's the ultimate arashi song! It's such a pity they replace this song with Cool & Soul. Because for me, i find it hard to interact / sing along Cool & Soul. Cool & Soul was ok, they have the boys spreading, sitting on the stairs, and every time 1 guy sing/rap, the spotlight follow that guy & the light crash, making it looks like a meteor rain. does this make sense? >< ... It was good, but I still prefer if they do it 'the dancing on the table bad boy press conference way'.
8. Asu Ni Mukatte Hoeru - At first intro, i didn't know what this song is **feel ashame**. To make it worse, i realised that I have the single at home, but i didn't listen to it much, so i forgot -_-". Plus iza now concert didn't have this song. But this is a really nice uplifting concert song, you can feel the energy & happiness there when they sing it. I <3 it ^^.
9. Right back to you - the laser show before the intro song was awesome! Green coloured, spreading towards the arena, a bit futuristic feeling ^^. The boys were holding the light sabre stick. You know, there's a part where the boys supposed to turn off the stick 1 by 1? At the 2nd concert, someone on the last turn, failed to turn it off on time ^^,
10. Wish & Love So Sweet - There's a part where the boys let the audience sing alone. Hearing the girls sing together, It's so nice ^^. Towards the end of Love So Sweet, the paper confetti blasted out, so pretty ^^... although only people in the arena seat can experience this, the rest can only admire it from a far T_T. Lucky Man - the girls would yell 'MAN' ^^, Kotoba Yori Taisetsu Na Mono - the girls will sing along 'ohhh oh ohhhh' part, TANOSHIII ^^. Carnival Night part 2 - the girls would spell the C A R N I V A L night together ^^. Aozora pedal, Hadashi no mirai, Eyes with delight, the girls in unison will do the hand movement ^^, i love live concert!
11. We can make it - what can i say about this song? it basically sum up what i'm feeling at that time. My dream, my dream, we can make it!! ^^V
12. Fight song - this is 1 of the encore songs for the 2nd concert. The boys were riding on the ballons throwing the signed boards. On the left balloon: sho & nino, middle: jun, Jun tension was so high that day, he's smiling widely & really shaking the balloon left & right with his feet, abunai yo!!! DoS!! his balloon was really shaking & quickly fallen downrights **smack jun for keeping me worry** Right balloon:... i was waiting & waiting but the right balloon took a long time to come up. nande? When it finally up, it was ohno & sho ...
Encore:
1st day - a mandatory encore (this is when the guys throw the signed boards) & 1 extra. 2.5 hours concert. I think it's love so sweet & we can make it, i forgot actually ><
2nd day - a mandatory encore, plus two extra. All the guys & audience were very high tension here. 3 hours concert. After the 1st extra encore, the announcer saying sth to get rid of the audience, but the girls wouldn't go and keep screaming arashi arashi, so the boys have to go out again. jun said something here which is really funny, but i don't understand ><. So they give up & suddenly We Can Make It intro come up ^^. Nino sang a very off-tune 'What a feeling' here. It was so bad, we just keep laughing ^^. hmm, I think they sang sth else, but i forgot ><. This concert is saikou!!!!
MC section:
1st day - .... zen zen wakanai >< ... i only get the part about jun & sho is bambi. Captain didn't participate much.
2nd day - brief summary from arashi.vox: Jun said he's leaving arashi for a while, hence the crowd goes wild, screaming 'ehhhh & nande nande?', but then the screen show a text msg & he's explained about hitting the ballot as the audience for the C1000, so the crowd start laughing *kick jun >< he really likes to mess with our hearts*. Captain was more active this time. Captain & jun were mimicking each other, something about what they did earlier that morning? i'm not really sure actually, no translation for this part ><. Then captain mimicking aiba, something like this: 'Asa no aiba-chan... while pretending to hold something in his hand: AHHH KAWAIII BENTOOO YO ~~', to which aiba-chan smacked him in the head & start complaining LOL LOL LOL. it was so funny XD. I knew aiba-chan is DoS XD
Next onto the lovely boys ^^:
1. Ohno - Sometimes he look so blur, especially during MC.
2. Nino - he's really short & tiny! jumping around like a mexican bean! i can't say he's hot, but he's definitely cute! even his whiny voice is cute! I think after his himitsu perf, girls will fall for him in an instant ^^. Nino is a bit
3. Aiba - Aiba is tall & genki. Lots of energy, Like to run & jump around. On the 2nd day, when the boys was running from 1 side to the other, aiba even tried to race & outrun sho ^O^. Aiba's long fringe is nice and all, but i hate it!! why? bcos i can't really see his face properly!! AIBA-CHAN, PLEASE CUT IT!!!!
4. Sho - Gomen, I can't properly explain sho, bcos i hardly catch him. Let's just say sho gain weight ... not much but still ^^. I couldn't find him outstanding compared to the others, bcos he didn't do any move that out of ordinary, he's pretty ...
5. Jun - this guy has a star aura around him. It's the way he presented himself, but he's definitely not cocky at all. Jun is kakooiii!!! Tall, really white skin, and has a very slim waist!
ps: my boys don't look gay at all!! They actually looking pretty hot in their stylish & macho concert outifts, even the blinding shining coat is so pretty & eye-catching, definitely not as bad as i thought. Overall, they have a very good selection outfit ^^.
2 - 3 hours goes by really quickly. Sadly, not so many
I heard lots of famous ppl come too: comedian morisanchu, ogura-san, some newscasters, aiba's musician friend, etc. The following days i saw hanamaru cafe with abe-kun (F4) as a guest. Apparently the guy host & abe-kun went too! they said it was really amazing, the hanamaru host even get excited & keep complimenting it. He actually spend quite some time discussing how amazing arashi concert is, I feel pity for abe-kun ^^. I feel so happy & proud watching it. Sasuga, arashi is spreading their wings towards wider audience now ^^
Everything about the concert is awesome!! A lot of efforts were put into it, from the boys, the staff & the audience. Imagine the feeling of 55000 ppl screaming & singing along? you can't help but feeling high too! You will automatically scream their name & wave at them madly. It's no wonder that ppl will travel from far to see it, bcos once you've experienced it, you just left feeling you want it more & more. IT IS THAT GOOD! ... (ps: skr-chan, if you reading this, honto ni arigato m(_ _)m)... I left there with the biggest smile on my face!
IN CONCLUSION: ARASHI SAIKOU!!! EVERYONE SAY ARASHIII!! ARASHI!!! ARASHIIIIIIII~~~~~
Tadaima! I’m back from my holiday ^^
I went back to work and found out all my colleagues in my department team have resigned, so I have to work alone and train new people at the same time … exhausted and missing japan already T_T Ja, no much time for me to update blog, so I’ll make my entry really basic, nothing really exciting, gomene ><On 28th April, went to aiba-chan
restaurant. It took about 50 minutes by train from Tokyo. When we
walked out the station, there are 2 fashionable Japanese girls heading
to the same way. Thought to
myself … ”wow, so pretty .... tough competitors to meet my mother in law
aiba’s mom. next time, I should put more make up & dress sexily” …
Then I walked faster, and spot the building, yattaa!!! And since there’s no one
in the street, I better took some pics first before I eat. *click click*
… after that, I went to the front door, and guess what … IT WAS CLOSED!!!! Hyaaaa
nandeeeeee ~~ T____T … there’s a note in Japanese which I assume stated the
reason why, i try to read it, 1 minute later ... @_@ hiyaaa zen zen wakarimasen T_T (see pic)… then the 2 girls finally
arrived, took pics, reached the door, and yell a bit like me … seriously it’s
like a dejavu!! at the end we were so starved, I decided to eat ramen at the first restaurant we
find. My holiday time wasted, give me back my 2 hours >< ....
later that night, when i was on the train, i saw something & impulsely jump off the train when it stop ... nani nani? kore desuuuu... jang ~~~ not one but three in a row, so rare ^^
29th april – the 1st
Tokyo Dome Concert. The concert start at 6pm, but I thought I might go early in
the morning for the concert goods. The train was so crowded with pretty girls
in high heels … damn! Tough competitors, again … I feel so under dressed, I
regret not wearing the super duper push-up bra to stand out from the crowd
>< …. When me & my bf got out from the station, we saw unbelievable
nbr of heads just rushing towards the same place! There’s 1 girl saying hayaku,
hayaku! … my thought: eh nande nande? Mesmerised by the scene, I instinctively
join them sprinting to wherever they headed, and there I saw the longggggg
queue!! Oh no!! WTH!!
It was soooo long, It took
me roughly 15 mins walking to see the front of goods stall. Honestly, I
never
saw a queue this long before. See the bridges above the fountain &
on the side? it's also the queue! (see pic) And it’s only 10.20 am and the stall
is not open
yet. ORZ … OMG!! crazy people!! (errr sadly, that's mean including me
& my poor bf ><). So from 10.20 – 1.00, we were just
standing on the spot,
enduring the heat, wind, & water sprayed from the nearby fountain …
thank god no
snow involved. And then some miracles happen, I met with skr & ayaka-chan,
sumoboy,
fybabe, dream_raine who were somewhere infront of the queue, so I emm…
sneak in
a bit hohoho ^^V … This is my first time I met them, and I’m not really
good with strangers, but they’re sooooo friendly that i think
every arashi fans should meet them ^^. Finally, the queue start
moving & i was SO relieved when i saw the good stalls. Since i have to carry my luggage around jpn & korea, at first I only want to buy penlight, pamphlet, poster, & 1 uchiwa but after all this torture waiting ... hell, i might just buy everything!!
Who knows, oneday when i do bbq, i might need extras uchiwas to get rid
of the smoke, or extra posters to cover my wall-crack ... so i went to
the stall, point at the catalogue & said .. i want all, ZENBUUU!!!
oh except the clearfiles & tshirt >< .... goodbye my money,
it was nice to know you in a very short period of time T__T ... by the
time i finished, it was roughly around 3.30pm ... yup, that's half a
day gone. Hungry & tired, i went to have 'late lunch'. When i came
back there, the queue was still longggg, i can't see where the end is.
Maybe when i have time, I'll do brief report of my concert detail in
later post ^^.
When i finally reached the window where i can peep at the guests inside, i was a bit filled with anger ... why? becos they're eating it really slowly!!!! i know it's not their fault, but still, my patience is really running thin... my god! YOU, the girls in arashic tshirt, your icecream sorbet was there for 5 mins already! can you just start eating it? by the time you finish talking to your friends, it would probably melted already & become fruit juice!!! YOU too! chew quickly!! I'M REALLY HUNGRY!!!! I CAN'T STAND IT!! i have to keep 'tasting' my strawberry lip gloss for some sugar kick. i never waited so long just for food, the max time i wait is 2 hr for my hida / wagyu beef. i think i'm going crazy.
ps: the restaurant close evey wednesday. lunch start: 10.30 - 15.00, dinner: 17.00 - 21.00 (but i think when it's exceptionally busy, they will extend the time?)

I went to toilet, and when i came back, all the girls are gone from the restaurant.... why? because the girls saw aiba's mom & grandma has changed their clothes & getting ready to go to the concert, so they all just dashed & follow them. So i too, quickly paid the bill & rush to the train station. and they were still there! aiba's mom was wearing brown jacket, light brown up to knee pants, brown high socks, brown heel & aiba's grandma in black jacket, black pants, black shoes (she's really healthy for a grandma). They ended up riding the same train as we do. The fangirls were really polite, they just say hello to them, quick chat, and leave them alone. none of them dare to take pics or do anything drastic.
31 April - It was raining from morning. went to shibuya & found the 'fake' johnny shop. So i have the urge to find the real johnny shop. Most of the building in japan don't have the street nbr & name displayed, it was really confusing. I asked several ppl on the streets for direction & got really lost. So i gave up & walk back to station. And there i found a lot of girls queuing in the rain ... i thought: ahh, what a familiar scene, the johhny shop must be somewhere here then. It was! It's in the alley & if i'm not mistaken has pink johhny letters written on the outside wall.
1st May - Went to HMV and guess what i found? We can make it single is out already! 1 day before the official release date, yattaaa!!! Like a crazy fangirl, i took pics & posing around the stand... but then I saw 3 girls taking 2 cds each, so i stopped posing & instantly grabbed the LE one... touching it in my hands, ah kimochiii ^^ ... The LE is really selling well!! About a week later, i couldn't find any LE one anymore, the same things like Love So Sweet LE, i searched and searched, but it's really nowhere to be found! T__T wow arashi is getting bigger ne ^^
Before arashi, i was never a fangirl before. Experiencing this in japan, makes me realise that I totally underestimate the willpower & dedication of fangirls. They're not just willingly part with their hard-earned money, but they will patiently wait & stand for HOURS in ANY CONDITION (rain, shine, hail, snow, whatever) in FULLY DRESSED ATTIRE, MAKE UP, & KILLER HEELS. And this is not just the teenagers, i saw lots of women ranging from the age of 20-40 (some even bring their small kids & partner). It's just so unbelievable. I wonder if they ever have leg cramp? bcos by the 2nd day, i had =( ... they're so slim, i wonder where do they get the stamina from?

This Thursday, I'm flying to Japan!!! And I'll be watching
Arashi concerts at Tokyo Dome!!! I'm so happy that i can't stop jumping &
crying ... errr actually most of the crying part is because i'm too
busy with work T___T
Ja, I’ll be going for 3 weeks, so I won’t be able update my
blog or do commenting.
Err… and sadly, I don’t think I can do any concert report, I don’t have laptop &
my memory isn’t made for long term
purposes, gomen ><, but let’s just see later. (anyway, I think by 3
weeks time, you guys should probably read all the reports, right? ^^)
1 year ago, i would NEVER have thought i would be able to do this. I can only dream & gush, “ohhh must be nice, I want too T_T” … But now, I can finally make it true, unbelievable but ureshiii ... (special big thanks to special someone, you know who you are, dear ^_~)

Guess where am I last Saturday, 14 April 2007? .... Acer Arena, Rain's Sydney 2007 concert!! VIP seat ^__^V ... hyaaaaa ~~~
Rain / Bi / Jeong Ji-Hoon ... I first know him from K-drama "Full House", got interested, and then listened to some of his songs on youtube .... but unfortunately I was never really into him ... because shortly after that period of time, I finished watching HYD and thus began my arashi-video-searching crazily, so Rain was left ignored -_- ... and the fact that i don't understand any Korean words doesn't help too.
My seat costs around A$395 ... takaiiii ~~ ... but i got it for FREE from my company because i'm overworked, under paid ... and apparently the only person in the office who know Rain ORZ ... i guess it's my luck ne ^^
Things that i notice:
- The arena was 85% full (although i heard some of the media companies / VIP seated get their tickets for free by invitation).
- Because of the arena structure, he can only teased / flirted with the standing audience. He also threw a roses bouquet and 2 used towels to them. *makes me wonder what's the benefit of sitting in vip then, we can't even fight for his used sweaty towel ORZ ...
- Written in the ticket: the entrance gate will be closed at 6.00pm and the concert start at 7.00pm. It's a 2 hours concert, which started 30 mins late. So we're basically waiting for 1.5 hour there *shake head* thank god i don't have to stand.
- Apparently there are quite a number of korean hip-hop loving obaasans.
- There are some ojiisans too (although i suspect they were being forced to come, bcos the ojisans opposite me yawn quite a lot & keep looking at the surrounding pretty girls, i guess rain's crotch-thrusting is not their thing ne , for guys it's like watching bad porn ^^)
- Korean girls definitely can scream .. with high octave!
- Rain spoke English 99% of the time, although he doesn't say much ... his English is quite good but sometimes i couldn't catch what's he's saying ><.
- his dance was good, especially his hand movement.
- he wore sunglasses in some of his performances. And since sometimes the set lightning was very dim, the fact that he didn't trip or get lost in the darkness amazes me.

- Performances that left nice impressions to me:
- I Do - I never heard this song before, but when he sang this, i feel this is a really nice song.
- In my bed - this also a good one.
- There's one performance, sad song (I think the song called Nan), when he's singing at 1 spot & the rain starts pouring on that spot. Because of the lightning the water was yellow on top & white at the bottom, he was drenched in water ... It was beautiful! (see my last pic above) ... Then he just have to take off his shirt ORZ and as expected the screaming goes wild, @_@ show off!! ... <-- i said this because i can't see it!! the standing audience go kyaaa kyaaa ~~, i go hyaaa i can't see, nandeeeeee?? T____T
- Na - nice hip hop song, good for dancing along
- I'm Coming - oh i so love love love this song!!! i never heard it before, but i can feel my head moving along with the rhythm! He's wearing army outfit & the dance movement was really macho & cool! oh and a really squeal inducer performance ... A LOT OF CROTCH-THRUSTING!! .. damn those lucky front row audience ><
- With you - at least a song i've heard before, so i can sing along. That's pretty much why i enjoyed this perf ORZ
- Nappeun Nam Ja (Bad Guy) Remix - i never heard this before too, but this is a really really good song!!

To be honest, i'm a bit disappointed with my so called "VIP Seat". Because it's too far from the stage. Basically, I can't really see him or his movement. I can only get clear view of his face from the side big screen, so i pretty much have a stiff neck afterwards from switching to the screen to him. The people seated in VIP also didn't interact much, there's some screaming but they basically just sit quietly in their own seats, no standing or jumping around. The interaction / screaming was much more intense from the standing audience, because they can see him real close!! yes, they are the ones who can see his abs & crotch real close, plus the sweaty towels!!
However, there are times when i thought about arashi ><
Eg: when there's rain pic in the background, and thunderstorm, i think ahhh storm!! arashiiiiii ^^

The difference between Rain's concert & Arashi concert:
- Rain has females back dancers, all with big boobs! ... Arashi backdancers are underaged boys / juniors
- Rain has a really good body, ripped abs, 6-packs stomach and all ... Arashi has ... umm... *think hard* >< ... oh-chan's comfortable bum?
- Rain likes to flash his body ... Arashi likes to flash v signs
- Rain doesn't change his complete outfit on stage ... Arashi on stage: ripped their pants off to reveal different pants inside & change into different clothes during the song changes.
- Rain's dancing was really smooth & macho .... Arashi dancing are varied: smooth oh-chan, fruity jun, cutie nino, sharp aiba, and macho sho ... but i think the last time sho look so macho was during the unti unti perf (iza now 2004), after that ummm... seriously girls, how macho could sho be when he's wearing colourful / blinding JE concert outift?
- Rain has plenty of pelvis / crotch-thrusting ... Arashi has plenty of hip-thrusting
- Rain groped the female dancers here & there ... Arashi groped each other here & there
- Rain's way to get fans really screaming: involving movements that looks like he's touching himself 'down there', pretending to take off his clothes, crotch-thrusting, unbottoning shirts, calling the audience "my babies", smiling cheekily, open his sunglasses ... Arashi way to get fans really screaming: .. for me: cam-whoring, jun's throwing himself to the audience for touchy touchy ... hmmm and oh, again ... arashi member groped each other... yappari, ore-wa hentai na ^^
- Rain background / dancer setting includes pole-dancing girls with money-thrown at them ... Arashi background / dancer setting includes flying heart & puppets.
- Rain only talk for max 10 mins ... Arashi has muuuccchhh longer crack-talk section & action. Arashi even have enough time to put blonde wig & pretending to be a girl.
- Rain concert has no encore, no signed board or anything. As soon as the screen say thank you, the light went on, and everyone go home ... Arashi said kyo wa domo arigatoooo~~ bye bye, left the stage, come back & throw signed boards & sing, domo arigatoo & bye bye again, left the stage, fangirls screaming, do encore again, domo arigatoo & bye bye again, and then finally left the stage.
- Rain concert breathes sexiness. General Idea: If Rain concert is rated MA (Mature Audience), then Arashi concert is rated PG (Parental Guidance).
In conclusion:
It was good, I enjoyed it. He has good vocal, good movement, and good at setting up the mood. And the audience were fantastic! But unfortunately, I don't feel fangirlishy afterwards though. I think i would have appreciated it more if i knew some of the songs. But at least now I have a lot of respect for him and his songs.
Rain is good, but for me STORM (arashi) will always be the best ^____^
My computer has been such a bloody annoyance these past weeks!! It froze in the middle of download, my mouse, keyboard, windows explorer and sound system doesn't work properly. Arghhhh!!! **pulling my hair**
Upon my constant nagging, my brother hesitantly try to fix it. He reinstall the software & bought me new mouse + keyboard … and it works … until two weeks ago when my computer decided to give up. So he brought it to the computer store, and apparently the mother board was busted. So he bought new mother board PLUS new hardwares, because apparently my old hardwares are not compatible with the new motherboard. WTH?? My computer was less than 1.5 years old, how could that be??? Damn this new technology!! One day you're my best friend, and other day you're my worst enemy!!
I have c & d drives. I copied the c drive to my bro's pc. I didn't backed up the d drive, since I run out of space. And everything was working fine. I was happy… until 1 day later, there's an error message saying my d drive (with my 200 GB files) is corrupted and I can't access it!!! Hyaaaa, I really want to cry T____T So he installed some software to recover data, and I spent days trying to retrieve it. OMG, my poor eyes ><. I think I need to eat 6-months worth of carrot sticks / Vitamin A just to recover … in the end, only a few files can be saved, what a waste of time >< ... the weird thing is, days later my bro's internet & sound card is not working, and then the mother board also busted, how could that be? the exact same thing? i really wonder if it's just a pure coincidence or maybe there's a virus going on? anyone here has the same problem?

1. Every year my mom used to have high school reunion, where they would do dinner karaoke & sing oldies hokkien / mandarin songs. When they start, the children there would go: "aiyooohhh, enough lahhh!! boringgg!! These songs sucks!!! you guys are killing us softly". And i believe Modori Ame would fit their song type.
2. Along my neighborhood, there were a lot of construction workers who slept in the construction site until they finished their projects. So at night time, they will gather together, singing & play guitar, drink beers and wolf-whistling to girls who walked past … I hate it, because they would stay up late, and sing in a very loud & terrible voices. I can't sleep. I really want to throw my shoes out of the window, aiming at the 'lead singer' and yelled URUSAAAIIII!!! <-- kids, please don't do this at home ne. No computer = more free time. So i watched taiwanese drama "It Started With A Kiss", since a lot of ppl has recommended it. Let me just say: it sucks! It's just too draggy, and they wasted unnecessary scenes for the supporting characters. I ended up fast-forwarding most of the scenes. In summary: zzzZZZzzz *snores*
Random note: I heard because of global warming, the sakura are already blooming now in japan (must be pretty, i wish i'm in japan now). But global warming is no joke, it already affecting & damaging our nature, like The Great Barrier Reef (and i haven't been there yet T_T, i will some day... those pretty coral sea ... please don't die). I really hope we could find more effective ways to prevent it.

While waiting for hanadan ep 5 to be subbed, i rewatched the ep 4 again, here's my thoughts on it:
Arghhh!! sometimes i feel like slapping makino >< ... How many times have dom tried to explain to her, only to get cut in? If only she would just listen and let dom finish his sentence, none of the misunderstanding would happen. *sigh* typical girl, after all.
What kind of hospital is makino staying at? no one were attending the hospital at night, and all the nurses were chasing & squealing after the F3? danger danger!! if it's dom who's fainted from exhaustion & hospitalised there, he might have lose his virginity there unknowingly >< .. dakara, ore-sama, please stop running & use taxi instead, and use lift instead of climbing the hospital stairs.
Kaede (dom's mom) eyebrows are so weird. one side is positioned higher than the other side.
Soujiro is avoiding yuki, but keep talking to yuki about makino recent news? *shake head* no wonder yuki keep chasing him, false hope ne. Hmmm... maybe soujiro is secretly in love with makino too? ORZ what is this? now it's 6-people love --> love hexagon?
Dom's financial state maybe worse than i expected:
- No maid to clean the bedroom? shigeru has to come to clean it? no wonder later on dom employ makino as a maid, cheap labour ne ^^
- Who need maids, drivers, personal assistant, bodyguard,
janitoretc when you have nishida? that poor guy, no wonder he never smile. Come to think about it, maybe that's why nishida prefer makino than shigeru, less one princess to look after ^^. If Shigeru enter dom's family, then in addition nishida have to carry all her shopping baggages too. - Car fuel is expensive, so dom is saving money by running.
Limousine is also expensive, so he took normal commoner taxi to makino house. - I would never thought dom will buy hotdog from a street vendor. Maybe that's why he didn't have stomach-ache from the expired cookie. His body already get used to it ne.
- Dom can't afford to dry clean anymore so his fur coat have fleas. and susumu was kind enough to kill it with the fly swat ^_^
- The real reason why dom quickly run away from Shigeru's hotel room ... is because he's afraid if he stay the night, he might have to paid for it. Instead, he bought makino's run-down building. The cost must be cheaper than 1 night stay at that hotel. Ahh dom is so smart ne!

I was cleaning my drawer yesterday and guess what i found? a box of my old Meteor Garden stuff. (Note: Meteor Garden / MG is the Taiwanese version of Hana Yori Dango). So let's see... i have 2 version of MG 1, MG 2, 2 F4 albums, 2 mugs with their faces printed on it, some of the members' individual dramas. I used to lurk a bit on MG forums on my spare time, and oh my phone ringtone used to be their song. O.o .... i'm surprised actually ... apparently i was a MG fan (;;^_^A
It brings back a lot of memories. I remember back then MG & F4 was really HUGE in my country! every where i go i see their posters or merchandises. some stores used it as an incentive for the customers. even hair stylists and taxi drivers used them for conversation topic. they were selling like hotcakes! This one story always amuse me: my cousin's university has F4 wannabe, 4 guys copying their fashion & hair style and called themselves the F4 (Flower 4). The people surrounding them agree and called them F4 ... Frog 4 XD LOL... poor those 4 guys.
It get me thinking, why did i love MG 1 so much? Despite the poor acting ability, i embraced all the actors as F4. The storyline is sweet and i guess because it 'sell dreams' to us girls. We girls like to be lied ne hehehe. It was something fresh for me too, since i haven't read the manga yet (ps: MG 2 sucks =P).
When HanaDan drama was announced, no surprise to me that there's a lot of objections & comparison made. Fans are normally protective of their loved ones. All the fuss about physical difference emerged and seeing jun as domyouji with that perm for the first time in the cm didn't help. It must be a big burden to follow previous success and live up to people expectations ne .. but thankfully HanaDan was a success. Junjun & F4, otsukaresama deshita m(_ _)m ... Countdown to HanaDan 2 Return: 11 days. I'm looking forward to it ^_^V. Oh how time flies, goodbye Meteor Garden era, hello HanaDan world.
